from bratwurst to gin jelly :)

A few of my personal favourites!

Best bratwurst I ever had! 2011 Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park boasted the most ridiculously tasty hot dogs ever!

 Hot dog vs real dog

To celebrate a rare sunny day some time last summer, I decided to make gin and vodka jellies! (not together) They went down rather well....

Gorgeous pink cava courtesy of M&S for our rather decadent picnic

Indulgence!

You won't get better pizza than at The Gate, Alexandra Palace. Fact. Two for one every Tuesday, get involved :)

The yummiest bagel you will ever eat, salmon and cream cheese! Sadly, there seems to be a lack of Bagel Nash's in London :(

the proof of the pudding is in the picture

pastel fairy cake selection at Waitrose Crouch End Bakery Counter. Just too pretty to eat. I have never actually eaten one of these, they are visual sensory in my eyes, every time I see them, I observe them with pleasure for a good few minutes. It's the simple things.

Eye candy!

Those amazing pale coloured, almost plastic in texture lollipops I've not really seen since I was young are now in these fairy cakes!! Cute idea :)

will I fit into my bikini in just under a month?

The answer is no. If I'm to continue eating like this. I  am probably offending all healthy eaters and promoters of healthy eating everywhere who happen to see this but everything in moderation right?

And this isn't Mcdonalds rubbish. It's pretty wholesome stuff (sort of)

Forget the saturated fat content and enjoy the colours at least :)

Tasty British food at lovely Samuel Smith's pub, Captain Kidd, Wapping

And this was the cleanest ash tray I have ever seen!

fatisa fun times

Some of my photos of the ridiculously yummy food at Fatisa, Wood Green, North London  http://www.fatisa.co.uk/contact_us.html  Such amazing value, for quality AND quantity can easily get a bottle of wine, a starter and two mains for just over £30.... Happy days :)

Currently I am living almost on the doorstep of this amazing restaurant/cafe so photo opportunities are endless :)

 cant go wrong with houmous!!

What started off as a few random photos I have taken over the months, has now become an almost obsessive documentation of everything I  eat and also what the people who I'm with at the time eat (much to their amusement/annoyance)

Food is one of life's greatest pleasures and I believe that the meals worth remembering should be captured in a photograph that can be forever savoured and enjoyed! All these pictures are from the same restaurant, Fatisa.

Fatisa feta salad in the forefrent-do not be deceived it DOES fill you up

lots of <3 for haloumi, but which ones best? Same food at same place. Different days.

Fatisa pizza. Yummy :) Only criticism, it could have done with lots more black pepper and plenty of chilli oil as was a little dry

This is without a doubt, the most divine starter on the entire menu. King prawns in garlic and some sort of oily tomato sauce with a side serving of black and green olives. Never had such juicy. flavour-some prawns (save the leftover juice for dipping your bread, yummy :) )

Wow. Aside from the prawn starter, this is the best thing I have ever tried here. Don't have the prawns before this, would be flavour over load. Calzone for meat lovers, packed with an inch thick layer of ham, salami pieces and absolutely oozing stringy, melted mozzarella with a heavenly amount of liquified garlic seeping out with each cut. Don't get me started on the velvety soft dough, we'd be here all night....
Hope you liked my photos fellow food worshippers. There'll be plenty more where that came from as I work my way through the entire menu....
